I had trouble yesterday and the day before but I sent an e-mail to customer care and it's working fine today

Yahoo is currently optomizing it's email features to make your e-mail experence better, to do this they just need to shut down the e-mail service for a couple hours, It should be back up by tomorrow, tops.
