hum...that's a good question...I'm not sure...a stupid one...lol everyone would be stupid all the time...lol and no one would have responsibilities no one would be reliable...it would never work...although i know many people would love to be high all day and night but we would never survive...it would be impossible...that was a nice thought though lol

High on what? If it were pot, the world would be wonderful!! if i didnt get killer munchies then fall asleep, i would be high all the time. I have so much more patience when i am high. When i am not, i am very aggressive and VOCAL!!
As for high on heroin or cocaine, forget it! the world would be a mess! Pot should be legal and be able to buy anywhere!

It depends on what we all were high on. If it's weed then I think that it would be a lot more peaceful but nothing would get done. The price of snacks would go wayyy up and everyone would not be able to move off of the couch.

All the time?? Its like NOT being high, then. If youre high all the time then youd be used to the feeling and people would PAY NOT to be high. Ive always wanted to say that cause i think that sometimes..

A very dangerous world. People would be operating heavy machinery without care, people would handle explosives and other dangerous chemicals without taking the proper safety precautions, and if you needed to go to the hospital, the paramedics would be too stoned to take urgency in your need.

Depends on what kinda high. If you mean drugs then those highs are temperary. But when i say high i mean better. I mean what am i doing wrong can i rise above it. Can i get higher, the over seer of mine own problems. High transcend, suffering. Emotional disasters. www.myspace.com/trvjams "Better"

lade back, chilled out, but we would probly not get anything done. but there would probley be less accedents on the road bc you are so parinode when you are driving high.....
