Sort of involves how men relate vs. how women relate, and where they apply power.
Men's strength usually comes in trying to achive goals and "wield their strength" as men. That's why boys are often always "butting heads" and scrapping with each other -- it's impersonal, the whole thing is about the competition and not as a direct assault to hurt the other.
Women generally express their power through their relationships, and that's why conflict is often very personal with women, rather than impersonal (as it usually remains with men).
One place this is really obvious is due to how women are so easily hurt by men, because men aren't "playing by the rules."
Early in life, girls agonize over who to invite to what, who's eating lunch with whom, who is their best friend, and so forth, because there are rules that must be followed as part of the social power structure. Boys don't even perceive those rules, let alone follow them -- it's all about who is most competent/strong in a particular situation, regardless of the person.
So when men and women get involved romantically, women are constantly hurt by men because they expect the guy to play by the relationship rules that every woman perceives and has been taught. The guy, of course, doesn't get it.
Anyway, women in an office setting will compete in personal ways with each other for attention and clout. In comparison, men usually just try to achieve goals and prove their dominance, at worst impersonally cutting down those who stand in their way.

I think it's because girls are more sensitive. Most guys don't care what others think about them, but girls wear makeup and preppy cloths to look good. Guys usually just throw on cloths that are in there dresser. If girls get in a fight over a penny or whatever, it spreads into a huge argument, guys aren't like that, girls are. I'm not sure why, But I'm not like that.

Generally speaking, women are petty and jealous. They are in fierce competition with each other to secure the more successful males in their vicinity.
Ask why girls wear make-up and perfume....
cause they're ugly and they stink lol

I hate girls.
They always have something to say. I know this because I am one. With girls there is so much competition and we care so much. Personally I think its hormones.
Guys just shrugs their shoulders and don't care.
