The V3 is the basic model, The V3c has high speed Ev-DO so you cxan stream videos, and the V3m has GPS capabilities.

Any kind of Nokia. Any mobile phone from Finland which is where Nokia comes from has to be good as they don't have any phone lines in the whole country so cell phones are the only way to communicate.

i couldn't tell you, the reason phones are "good" for someone and not for another is because of the features that you will use them most. try going to phonescoop.com and comparing all of those phones, and you should be able to come out with a winner. Good Luck!
