It is possible that we might develop telepathy - until we find a way to utilze the parts of our brain we now don't we won't know.
I can't really think of a way that the very idea of telekenisis doesn't violate the laws of physics, so that's a no from me on that.

I'm glad you asked. They say humans only use about 10% of their available brain capacity (that is the avg IQ is aroun 100).
If they used more, they'd be smarter and could tap into the unexplored regions of the brain. Mostly being "smarter" is a function of memory. we "know" a whole bunch of things, but it's almost always tagged as "unimportant" by our memory receptors & forgotten. The people who seem smarter are just better at recalling stuff quicker.

Telekinetic (TK) and telepathic abilities though also seem to be a function of need. Like how adrenaline coursing thru our bodies in reaction to great stress gives us enough strength for a "fight or flight" response...but we're not super-strong all the time, as handy as that would be. The same thing suggests that we'd only get to use Tk/Telepathic abilities when we actually needed them.

Let me give you an example- have you ever had a "lucky hunch" or listened to "feminine intuition" that turned out to be right on the mark? Or say you knew who'd be calling before you pick up the phone (without ringtones or caller ID)? That's a limited telepathy- just like adrenaline is limited super strength. As much as we need for the task at hand, but no more.

we use only 10% of our brains. Telepathy and

tested a number of people for such things. They
all cheated in one way or another. He carries
with him a check for ten thousand dollars to be
turned over to anyone who passes his test.
(I have heard that this has recently been upped to
a million dollars. Don't know whether it is true.)

Probably not .. it is a common misconception. left over from our parents generation, that we only use a small part of our brain. Modern medicine, however, has mapped the brain and found that we use almost all of it in one way or another every day.

I guess the ability of telekinesis or telepathy has nothing to do with IQ.

I reckon that 'the path' of telepathy is four dimensional.
