Crouch into the jump.
At the peak of the ramp leap up and forward like a classic bunny hop.
Adjust the bike in the air by moving up and out with the handlebars.
Land, don't be ridged, your legs will have to absorb the landing.
Attempt to get both wheels on the ground at the same time. It is much better to land on your back well and ease your front wheel down then land on your squirrely front wheel. Good luck. I recommend jumping a full suspension bike first as it will be much easier and forgiving when landing. Then move onto hardtails or dirt bikes.

Momementum, and lift (controlled) - build up speed to the extent that you can still control the bike. At this point, if comfortable, you can remain seated. Ah the front wheel approaches the ramp, lift your body off the bike and with the strength in your shoulders and back, lift the bike as high as possible. if you have feet clamps, use your legs as well.

Go fast, pull up when your front wheel comes off the ramp.

The stunt will not work properly unless you are standing on the seat and using one hand.

the tough part is landing... 2 wheels on the ground is best... keep all limps connected to the right body parts and keep blood to a minimum and you should be fine
