sounds like a burned out heater element that is electrolyzing the water (kinda like boiling it).....or if you have a well, the air valve in the pressure tank isn't working

Just because no one is aware of a leak does not mean that there is not one. If it is city water then it could be an issue with the city or with the connection between the main lines and the service line to the church. If it is well water then there may be an issue with the well or with the pipe connecting the well to the church. I would make sure to have those things checked and also do a in depth search to see if there are any leaks. Sometimes the leaks are so small that you do not notice them until they have damaged the surrounding area.

sounds like air in the pipes,you have to find the valve and hopefully it has a nut on it,if it does turn the main water off and release the air out.

the church is only used a few days a week, there for the water lines have air in them.....it can be fixed by blowing out the line. that all thats wrong.

Old pipes. You need to tell the pastor of the church or one of the board members.

maybe its because the water isnt being used much and air gets in the pipes.
