No plans for it whatsoever to be released onto the American markets.
It's a European and Asian release only at this point.
Heck, they haven't even officially released the V3i's for US GSM systems....and there'd be no point in even bringing the V3x over as it works on GSM/WCDMA networks...2100 mhz doesn't work on US CDMA networks....non-compatible. So, no point.
I bought mine in Germany....so that'd be your best shot. Online shopping....no national borders that way.

It won't. The carriers were discussing this however it is not up to Verizons standards to bring it. And cingular isn't allowed to make any more razrs.
