everything just suddenly dissappeared from my phone. i wasnt doing anything at the time (changing tones or display etc.) it was just after i received a phone call. All my tones pics wallpaper etc. gone!!! even the ones that were there when i got the phone. Someone told me it has crashed, can this happen?

u were driving too fast. always follow speedlimits. think thats y ur mobile crashed!
maybe some software problem.
send it to banglore, most of the software for motorola and nokia is made there.

Yes. Because cell phones are based on processor technology, they too can crash. I would contact the maker (Nokia, Samsung, Siemens) for help. If the phone is a higher end model with Symbian, or Windows technology, it may be easier to resolve the matter with an anti-virus software.

Yes, a phone just like any computer had a processor and a memory device. The phone can crash and you should be able to get a replacement phone for free. If you dropped it you will have to get it from your phones insurance which will cost about 50$.

your battery could have been to low, you could have had a magnetic interferience. could be many things why not take it into the place you bought it and have them look at it. your phone could just be malfunctioning on it's own.
