You need to use a moisturizing shaving soap or lotion, you are getting to close a shave or dry shaving which causes irritation.

Strictly speaking shaving shouldn't cause dry skin. You can get razor burn from shaving dry, which you really shouldn't do. Always make sure that the skin is lubricated before shaving with a regular razor and use a soothing lotion afterwards. Also make sure the razor is new and sharp and not blunt as this will drag the skin and can cause infections. If you shave with a battery or electric shaver make sure the heads are not worn and similarly moisturise after.

It could have something to do with what kind of lubricant you are using...soap, shaving cream, nothing but water? Also, remember shaving is taking a very sharp piece of metal and scraping it across your skin. Hair is removed but so is some of the skin and if you are sensitive, it can be an irritating experience. Use products (during and after shaving) that have moisture and aloe vera to help protect and sooth the skin.

Lack of moisture. Get a moisturizing shaving gel/cream/lotion (one for dry skin) AND lotion up your legs after you shave. Even a cheap lotion will work--I use Vaseline Intensive Care.

It could mean that you are shaving too often, razor burn, or you maybe allergic to whatever cream or lotion you shave with.

Could be a few things. Your razor may be dull, you may not be using enough shave cream or they just may really be dry. Try moisturizing after shaving them. That should help.

You probably have sensitive skin. Be sure to use a product that REALLY lathers up when shaving.
Make sure that your after shower lotion doesn' have any alcohol in it and mosturize well.

What you are using sounds like it's very drying to your skin. Those new Intuition razors really helped with this problem. Try not using soap as well. Good luck

That's probably because your skin is sensitive to the razor, you should probably consider waxing as an alternative or try hair remover cream instead.

that's usually caused by friction, so most likely, your razors dull or your not using enough lubrication (shave gel, etc.) when you shave
