I have been in that exact situation. I was to "what's the point ?". I had been hurt so bad and so often by previous relationships that I just really didn't care anymore. It wasn't worth it anymore. I was tired of being a helluva good guy and getting walked on. Life was nothing more than just one day after another. Then I met the most amazing woman. We 'clicked' almost instantly. We had so many things in common, etc. She had been thru a bad marriage and thought that guys like me didn't really exist. She too had 'given up'. Even before they were married, her husband made it known that they WEREN'T friends; they were husband & wife. I have had a great life and had my 'play' time (as has she). I really can't wait to spend the rest of my life w/her. Sex is such a small part of a realtionship (important, but small...), but friendship is HUGE.
SO...yeah, there are some of us who aren't looking for JUST sex.

I'm a female, but I can tell you that there are men out there that want to have a family and be with only one women for the rest of their lives. The key is: Finding one. I am married to a wonderful man who wants nothing more than be with his family and it is such a great feeling. Don't give up on marriage, just stop looking and one day you will get taken by surprise...

I am with a lady now, and we are still dating. We have made it clear from the beginning that neither of us wanted sex. We both have been married in the past and have both dated as well. We have grown up and realized that sex is only a part of the realtionship, and that it is more important to build the realtionship on a solid foundation of friendship and to take things from there. Neither of us is in a rush to bring the physical side of it into play because it only serves to cloud decisions, and at the same time gives a false impression as to what true love is. I hope that you find a real man that is also understanding to this and treats you well.

Yes, I've been married for 5 years. I will be with this perfect women for the rest of my life. Movies, TV, Music, and Hollywood nut jobs are to blame for putting thoughts and ideas into people head and unfortunately people are weak and can stand up for their personal values. But I think their are many men out there that really want the perfect relationship. They just don't get any airtime.

Absolutly. men want all the same things wpmen do. Companionship, intimacy, family and secority.
Unfortunatly, society imposes an image of what a man is supposed to be like . Some men ruin themselves trying to live up to that image.
Don,t give up looking for that GOOD man.

Men need and want sex as women do but they are not only looking for sex. They are seeking love and devotion, a good friend and lover combined together. They are seeking warmth and affection and knowing they are important to someone.
