I have watery itching eyes, runny nose and sneezing constantly. Its doing my head in.

The best remedy is prevention ! You may want to consider allergy testing, but if not, stay indoors when pollen counts are high (morning tv news reports give levels), or wear disposable face masks (you can buy them at a pharmacy). For your house you can buy an air filtration system . OR, you can keep away from the strawberry fields and/or get a prescription medication for temorary relief of allergy symptoms. I know it is miserable for you right now. Good luck !

Prescription Zyrtec. Without insurance it runs around 67 dollars. If you don't have insurance try staying away from strawberries also wash your mattress cover once a week and take tylenol allergy sinus,it works for me.
