butt inplants is a little extreme... if you are hot good looking 36yr old man then why would you change your look. if it worked for 36 years it will continue to work for many more. but if you feel like you need a change then go to New Orleans and help out over there.
but at the end of the day you will do what makes you happy. good luck with whatever you decide.

I am already a bubble butt and trim figure just be jealous of me.
Besides you will have a fake a$$ - unlike mine which is all real.
Get a life you vain a**hole it is not like speedos is real fashion wear. At old 36 you are clinging on to a dream and that is all it ever will be!
People die of lack of clean water and all you can think of is your skinny as*hole in Speedos! Your vanity is sickening.

dude that is too much booty for a man ...i love a nice butt on my man but if he doesn't have one i don't think it really makes a big difference. so just try doin some butt exercises and get it a little bit in shape and you should look great, no need for cutting and spending all dat money.

I guess it depends on what you implanted in your butt. I like carrots, but sometimes cucumbers are what I need. Bananas don't hold their shape very well. Tennis racket handle also works well.

personally I think it's gross, but if it will make you happy, do what you gotta do! I (and most women I know) would rather see nice abs and/or arms on a guy... so go work out!

Most people who think that they need cosmetic surgery have perfectly normal bodies. If you want to enhance your bum, climb lots and lots of stairs.
