I have a B.S. (physics) and a J.D. (law). I found that my physics degree has served me well. Other science majors in my law school class also did very well.

My experience as a former practicing physicist, former science teacher, and now attorney is that a MSc in the same natural science field as you BSc doesn't mean much - either go for the Ph.D. (which is such an investment that you are more or less committed to teaching or research), or use your B.Sc. either alone or in combination with a degree in a different or complementary field.

MBA's vary dramatically in quality and prestige - I think an MBA from a top notch school right after your BSc will serve you well. Otherwise, consider either getting the MBA later after you decide on a career, or consider possibly a complementary science degree (perhaps engineering/applied technology/management information systems?)

This two courses are odd,
Why you want to do MBA if you are form Bsc science.
If you want to be settle in science field then go for MS science stream.
Else you want to work in a very good company and you dont have any particular aim then go for mba and forget about bsc.

All the best

If you want to go into management, you'll want an MBA eventually.

But in the sciences, companies prefer managers who have experience with the science (5-7 years at work after you're college).

So if you want an MBA, you can pursue that at night while doing your after-college job during the day.

Well, it depends on what exactly you want to do. Having a B.S and an MBA work very well if you want a desk type job. It would be a great combination for a biotech company for example. However, if you want to do research or other lab type work, you should consider getting a Ph. D. in what you are interested in doing. If you want a Ph.D. look at schools who are doing research in areas you are interested in.

I have heard it is. The science tells you how to do stuff and the MBA tells you how to pay for it.
