Brasil has 5 WC titles...nobody has close...in order to put Italy and germany's 3 titles in perspective...
it will take both countries 8 years to tie Brasil and that is saying that Brasil doesn't win in the meantime...in 16 years...if Germany wins the next 2 and Italy wins the following 2...(near impossible) then they'll be tied with Brasil....
if you go by the last 2 games..then yeah..they are still adapting...but..don't count them out until the last second of stoppage...

Depends on your definition of BEST.. you could mean the best team skillfully, and from watching them you can see that their skills exceed all other teams (especially the US) ... or you could mean best as in like the team that has the longest endurance...
in my personal opinion though, brasil is definitly one of the best teams... but mexico is pretty close to them...

Yes if you look at their records in every world cup it shows proof they're the most celebrated team in the cup no doubt about they are the best when it comes to winning championships.
