Because when you have a country with a huge population , that are only known for there playing soccer abilities , you have all the kids training an wanting to be great soccer players when they grow so you practically have a guaranteed cream of the crop team for that county (Brazil) .
Argentina is the same , except they dont have such a big population , an they have other stuff ,than just soccer to contribute there abilities.
same with japan , Japanese are know for being intelligent hard workers , disciplined etc . so every little Japanese kid grows up to fill those shoes, because in a way its whats expected of them.
same thing with Germans , they are know for there discipline so they all grow up wanting to fill those shoes an wanting to be know also for there discipline , an they accomplish that . German kids
there's ton's of other examples an some are negative too

Its like those people are born playing soccer.
I mean, on a pregnant brazilian womens Ultra sound you see the baby,an umbelical cord, and a tiny soccer ball for him to kick around while he's in there.

Simple, it is the passion that brazil has for the sport. Not mention that they play since they learn to walk.

Brazil has great players like Ronaldo, Ronaldinho, Kaka....
when they verse opposing teams, the opposing team gets frustrated because they know they are up against awesome players.

it is easy..all you need is a ball, a street, and 4 shoes...done 2 shoes for each goal...and it is done..
baseball, basketball, american football, rugby, hockey etc..all games require equipment that are expensive...soccer is a very inexpensive game..and can be played ANYWHERE.
