I have to decode these three thrases:

1st Phase

)&@)!(^(
!@)&!($!
)*)^!($%

2nd Phase

* > _ > _ // _ @ _ @
_ _ * @ * _ * _ @
_ > _ @ // > _ _ _ @ _ _

3rd Phase

......_
...._
....._

And here are some clues to help me on my way:

PHASE 1

The Key to not being Bored is to figure the meaning of time.

PHASE 2

// means SPACE
Each Symbol, each dash is a letter.
Symbol with Symbols to mate and form what a group of letters form.
Too bad, each offspring is missing its Tail

PHASE 3

The offspring is missing it's tail.
With each missing Tail, it will give you the 3 letters you need

Each Puzzle's answer is apparently 3 letters.

Thankyou and goodluck

For the 2nd Phase puzzle, the only 9-letter words I found that fit the pattern:

_ _ * @ * _ * _ @

are ACIDIFIED, CLINICIAN and OUTSTATES.
But these words don't seem to lead to a meaningful solution.
Can't seem to get any further with this puzzle. Can you throw us a bone here?
