I WAS going to say: SLOW & BUMP AHEAD, but I think you are interested in the accuracy of horoscopes. Taking BOTH the western and eastern horoscope tradition into account has more validity for me. I am a Virgo born in the year of the Snake. The year moderates the Sun Sign. If I were born in the year of the Goat, Rat or Tiger, I would be different.
Of course, unexpected life experiences, like the sudden death of a parent or something, can have drastic effects on the personality so that we end up acting differently than our Sun Signs indicate.
I'm supposed to have loads of money and I haven't seen it yet. (Been waiting 52 years!)

That is a lot of questions. My sign is Cancer the crab. Some aspects match my personality but thats how they were designed. To match most people. The same thing goes for horoscopes. They are sufficiently vague enough to match just about anyone's life. Obviously it isn't a big deal for me. If I had to pick a sign that I am most attracted to, it would be my fiances, Scorpio, and for the only reason that it is his.

My rising sign is Capricorn- sextile my venus/pluto in Scorpio, conjunct my neptune in Capricorn, trine my moon in Gemini with saturn in Aquarius in the first house. Capricorn and saturn are associated with skin and bones. I have dry skin, but a great complextion. I have naturally strong, straight, well shaped, white teeth. I have never broken a bone or suffered an acne attack. I'm 5'7" and weigh enough to make me obese, but I have never been called "fat" by anyone. Capricorn rising has endowed me with being slender and well porportioned. I think the venus/pluto conjunction that sextiles my rising makes me look busty and big-hipped. I am often told that I have bedroom eyes, that they're very dark and steel-like, or that I look like I'm never there (dreamy neptune does this to me). Many of the people that I meet and befriend tell me that I'm intimidating. I tend to stare into people, rather than at people and I like to cross the line to see where the limits lie. I have both bold Scorpio and inquisitive Gemini to thank for my frequent inquisitions. When I start working on something, I won't stop until it's done. I've been called OCD because I tend to be a control freak and can't stand it when something is not done a certain way. I usually get my way and have a hard time accepting when I don't. If I'm really set on getting what I want, I work for it or manipulate the hell out of the people I need to get it. Needless to say, I keep few and very loyal friends. I'm very independant and enjoy being alone. I think the rising sign, it's aspects, and the planets in signs that aspect it influence both the personality and the physical self.

Leo, I do have some Leo personality traits, and my horoscope is never right. I believe in astrology to a point, but the people who write out the horoscopes don't have enough information to go on for the person. People live different lives. They are raised differently, make different kinds of friends, have different interests, and are who they choose to be. Astrology the way many people use it can't tell you what your personality is or what's going to happen in your future. Sometimes, people do match their sign; but I doubt that they completely do very often. It's not really that big of a deal to me.

I'm Aries and yes it does match my personality, now about the horoscope I don't think so, because some might say I will have a wonderful week and others will say be aware this is not a good week for you, so I don't really buy into that whole horoscope thing. I'm married to a Virgo and my daughter is a Scorpio

My sign is a Sagittarius. I've always been skeptical as far as horoscopes go in say magazines or newspaper. The "fortunes" were always so broad. However, I read about my sign profile, as far as personalities go for signs, and I have to say I was impressed because as i was reading it I realized that it fit me to a tee. Kind of scared me a little bit. It's not really that big of a deal to me, i could see for some people that keep up on it that it would be. And as far as which one is most attractive, all I've found is that Gemini's are truly two-faced, so i would say they are the least attractive to me.

I am virgo & a very typical one. I don't believe in horoscopes, they carry no weight with me, especially since most of them are usually way off. But I do find that the characteristics of that sign match me to the letter. Attractive sign for me is Aquarius/Cancer.

Why do people think they need a sign,,life is for living, not reading signs! Just live each day one day at a time to the best of your abilities, not by some horoscope.

I'm a Sagittarius and I tend to be attracted to Piscians!
I have most of the traits associated with my sign but I can't say I believe much of the hype that's going around about star signs nowadays lol!

Keep off the grass? No ... too controlling ... ermm ... I know, the round white one with a diagonal black line. NO SPEED LIMIT. That's my favorite sign!
My horoscope is usually right about 50% of the time ... about the same as if I read any one at random,
