The very tiny ratings the TV coverage in America got will now disappear with America out of it. Can we please move on now? Enough of this boring kiss-your-sister sport!
And no, I don't care about you people from other countries. The vast majority of people on here are from the U.S., so I don't care if your Ecuadorian, Mexican, or English team is moving on.

And it's not racism to say that I don't care if your foreign team advanced. It's a fact.
And if you really think that there are more foreigners on Yahoo than Americans, you're dumber than you claim me to be.
I'm glad the U.S. is out of it. Now the soccer matches will get no ratings at all and the TV stations will realize that they should stop airing it.

YES! PLEASE let's move on!! Americans are mostlly fans of football, baseball and baksetball ( with hockey as the fourth sport ). Also, let's not bother and televise the boring World Cup proceedings on our television stations. The United States is unique in it's own way, and don't need other countries to shove their sports down our throats! If you want to follow the World Cup proceedings, please follow it on another nations' cable hook-up.

No... you have to endure the WC until July the 9th and beyond !!! Not all participants here are American. Some, like me, are eskimos.... you know... from the north pole. You are an idiot. How can you say that most of the people on here are from the U.S. when much of the U.S. population is made up of foreigners? Plus, it's not like talking about soccer can be harmful to you because you're probably a hard core fan of American football and are too stupid to realize that it's been rotting your brain for years. If it's such a "boring kiss-your sister sport" like you say, then why were you watching it in the first place? Your US national soccer team is highly overrated and probably shouldn't have even been in the WC. They play all their qualifiers in CONCAF probably the weakest division with such noted soccer powerhouses as Hondouras, Guatamala, El Salvadore, Wow! you guys really had it tough qualifying.
Do me a favor -- go play some exciting baseball, fella.
