You probably should but you won't. The UK has made it almost impossible for US citizens to migrate there. You would need exceptional skills and experience in a job that the UK requires. With over 10% unemployed and the entire EC ahead of you in the job queue it's not going to happen. The same is true throughout the EC. For similar reasons EC citizens can't migrate to the US.
