I have a meeting in a half an hour to try and be a part of our job's newspaper (law firm)
I need ideas for articles - Nothing controversial and pretty much politically correct.

Well, summer is here, try a little something about protecting oneself from heat stress or outdoor activity safety (sun, insects, heat stress, boating safety, etc.) Importance of using sunscreen or insect repellant, that sort of thing. If everyone lives near work you can make a list of places to see fireworks on July 4th in surrounding towns, or a few local parades or other activities for that weekend, or even just list local activities for the family throughout the summer.
