There's really no way to answer this. If you're asking, what will catch guys attention more, say when you're walking down the street, neither. Healthy is far more attractive than thin or fat. It shouldn't matter in a relationship anyway. Theres more to life than what the scale says about you.

The media (TV, ads, etc.) have popularized thin and tall as the preferred look. So with this slant on what the "perfect" woman should be men tend to prefer slender. But, in reality, men will seek out someone who is like their mother. So if his mom is heavier, then he will feel comfortable with that and seek it out. Now most of this is sub-conscience so do not expect many men to say that.

Well, it depends on the guy. Some guys, like myself, like thin smaller women. Some guys like larger women. My preference comes down to the fact that I think smaller thinner women make better partners in bed.

We are all different, some guys like thin girls, some guys like girls with a little meat on them and some guys like bigger girls. Is it similar to tastes in food. Some people love liver while many don't. Just goes to personal tastes.

i like thin women, it shows that they are able to take care of themselves, also thin girls are able to keep up better with my active lifestyle.
however skin and bones skinny is not good either, that does not count as taking care of ones self

It's called diversity. We dig all kinds of girls. fatties have big butts (typically). Thin girls are pleasant to look at

thin to show off infront of friends or parents
fat to get great dirty and stimulating sex in private, behind the back of the cute but slim "official" gal
