Use a boothtooth nope, you might want to check with your service provider to see if you can even use it with your phone. Most new phones you can use them just if you buy the headset.

There is no charge to use a Bluetooth headpiece with your phone, beyond the initial cost of buying both. I have Bluetooth on my laptop, my phone & headset, my PDA, and a computer headset, and I don't pay any monthly fees. I did have to buy a Bluetooth adapter for my laptop, since it didn't come equipped with Bluetooth, but that was the only expense. All the other devices came with Bluetooth built in.

There is no cost for bluetooth you just need a bluetooth enable phone and a bluetooth headset. It is a feature built into the phone.
