1 litre of 0.150 M HNO3 contains .150 moles of HNO3

Molar mass of HNO3 = 63 g

So, 63 x .150 = 9.45 g

So, that comes to 9.45 x 10^-3 g /ml

That is the level of dilution which must be achieved.
