Achilles was the bravest since he thought that he was invincible. His mother was a Goddess and had dipped him in the river Styx's to protect him.

Since Achilles was mythological Alexander would be the bravest in reality strictly by default.

what was brave about achilles...his entire body was protected, except one little spot on his heel, and who would ever think about getting shot in the heel and dying from it...there is no major organ there or anything. Alexander was simply a very normal and vulnerable human...him facing danger was much braver than anything achilles could do!

well we know that alexander actually existed and it's likely that achilles was like heracles, not really a figure of history, so i have to go with the real person.

but if you mean in terms of the stories, niether, achilles didnt act of out bravery but b/c he knew he couldnt be hurt (nothing brave about doing something that you know for sure cant hurt you)
and alexander did everything b/c he had daddy issues, bot for bravery but out of a desire to be good enough.

Achilles knew he was the son of a goddess.
Alexander was just a great man who brought thousands upon thousands of people together and without him it collapsed. My vote is Alexander

just going by the legends that surround the two men and not the reality. Alexander was braver.

I don't know of any really brave deeds alexander did
but i do know of cowardly things achillies did.

Achillies let his mother dress him like a girl to avoid going to war.
Achillies would let his fellow greeks lose the war just because they took away his girlfriend.
Achillies let a friend wear his armor and fight in his place.

I would say Alexander the bravest and Archilles the strongest

Achilles was relatively invincible. Not hard to be brave. Probably not real either.

Alexander was mortal, wounded several times in battle, and ruled by force of will. The nod goes to him.

Alexander by far, even if achilles would have been real.
