I would love to visit Japan. However, I can't speak a lick of Japanese so I don't go in fear of becoming lost in translation.

I would go to the Middle East. I think their history and culture are very fascinating. Many medical procedures that we use today was developed in the Middle East, e.g. cesarean section.
