Because there is nothing close by to whiz by as Earth rotates, and because it doesn't shake as it rotates. For example, when riding in an airliner at 30,000 feet, it seems to almost be standing still, even though it is flying at over 500 MPH. There is a little shaking from the engines, maybe some turbulence, and the ground drifts sloooooly by. The Earth has no shaking engines, there is no space turbulence and the nearest thing to be seen drifting slowly by is the Moon.

It's just like if you were in a car. If you close your eyes, and the car is going straight and the road is smooth, you wouldn't even know you were moving. You feel the same as if you were just sitting down in a chair. You just don't feel it, because you are moving the same speed as the car. This is just like how we are on Earth. We are moving with the Earth as it rotates, so we can't feel it.

As long as you are on Earth, you are spinning at the same speed as Earth, so you can't feel anything. Even the air is spinning. Like Einstein said, all speed is relative. If everything you can see is spinning at the same speed as you, you can't really tell you are moving at all. Even if you jump, momentum carries you around so you are moving with the Earth. Even the weather is moving with the Earth

Gravity cancels out the outward flinging force of the rotation.
We can't feel that we're moving because our motion sensing apparatus (the inner ear) can only detect changes in motion, acceleration or deceleration.
Our eyes also play the biggest role in 'feeling' continuous motion, but the motions of the sun moon and stars are too slow to trip the optical motion sense.

It is because we are traveling at the same speed as the earth. You have the inertia to keep going with the earth. The force of gravity acts upon you so you don't feel the movement.

Because we are rotating with it. It's like a train or a car: when it's moving you are moving with it, so as long as it doesn't vary it's speed (and the ride is smooth), you can't tell whether you're moving or not.

its something about that we are all going the same speed, so we will not notice, like if 2 cars are next to another and are going the same speed/direction, thewould have a hard time telling that each other were moving if they looked out the window.

I once actually had the sensation of movement while watching the moons of Jupiter through a backyard telescope. It was an illusion, but it felt really cool.

Actually we can, there is a measuable difference between your weight at the pole and your weight at the equator, however we are not really equiped to sense it.
