Do you mean Hanuman? Hanuman is Ramayana's immortal monkey-warrior with mythical powers. He-man is considered the most powerful man in the universe. He's more muscular than Hanuman but on par with Hanuman's agility.

HANUMAN is a revered HINDU GOD OF STRENGTH ( if HE'S the one you are looking for ) while he-man is a cartoon character , supposedly the most powerful man in the universe.
