I heard of it once. I think H G Wells made empirical research on the issue!!

More seriously, how serious is that source? How serious are the degrees of those doctors? How knows, they perhaps got their PhD's in some remote establishement god knows where, perhaps somewhere in Italy or Florence ? (ha ha ha ha ha ;-)

Seriously, no I never heard of it. But them, was Leo da Vinci not considered as a madman when he drew the first plans of a chopper?

I haven't heard of the black box and I haven't heard of time moving backwards or ebbing/flowing. It's an interesting thought, but I'm skeptical. It's a enormous leap to say that our collective conscious is influencing the black box. Even if we make the huge assumption that there is a collective conscious, who's to say that it isn't some other phenomenon causing the influence on the box and on us at the same time? I definately like the time moves in waves idea. Someone should make a movie with that in mind. None of this will be proven in our lifetime, but it's kinda fun to think about.
