I hope this makes sense. I downloaded The Limewire program. When you search on limewire, it puts tons of files on your computer. The files are taking up 10-12 gigabytes on Drive C:\! It says the files are under
C:\Documents and Settings\owner\complete. When I go to the owner folder, I can not find a folder named "complete". I tried doing a search for the folder "complete", but I get no results. I can find the other folder that the program put on there called "incomplete", but not the folder "complete". How do I locate this folder?

Limewire doesn't put a ton of files on your computer. I don't know where they came from but they did not come from Limewire, that much I can tell you. At any rate, Complete may be a hidden folder. So to see if that is the case go to Start > Control Panel > Folder Options then go to the View tab. Check where it says "Show hidden Files and Folders" click OK and see if the Complete folder is now visible.

I also have Limewire, but I've never seen a folder called "complete", simply the incomplete one, like you. Your best bet would be to search for the file/files you've downloaded, and after, change where your files download to so you know where they are.

Im not sure about the problem. You can delete the folder "complete" but it might create a new one. To delete the folder go to your start menu, then click on Run. Type CMD. Then press enter. In the black box (command Prompt) type in:

del C:\Documents and Settings\owner\complete

This should delete the file. If the problem reoccurs IM me on AIM. s/n: PlayaSx1

search for the name of one of the files you downloaded. Also it tells you how big the file is you're downloading so it's your fault you're using up your hard drive with such huge files. Limewire will not put files onto your computer without you telling it to.
