If time was stopped, and forces like gravity didn't pull the bullet to the ground, it should be sitting there in mid air and you would be able to touch it.
It would probably be very hot from the friction from the air and firing it.

You would not be able to STOP time. "Time" is intangible. However, if you "move" faster than time everything around you would be moving extremely slower than you. That way you could possibly touch the bullet that was shot at you. Good luck with that though; I can only run 12 mph.

In order to move in space you have to move in time.So we now have time on the X,Y,and Z axis.We accelerate something near us to the velocity of light. For every point deeper that you go in to the Z axis of Cartesia you have to accelerate once again to the velocity of light. The man in the mirror is one point deeper in to the Z axis. His electrons are orbiting at times two the velocity of light. If they were time one we would walk past the mirror;the mirror would over mass and fall to the ground. Our little spinning box is now at times ten the velocity of light. We have infinitely massed particles ten points deep in the Z's.Time has been redirected to ticking off in the Z axis.We are now in between the moments where we have twenty one days of Z axis stop time to figure out a way to touch the bullet.

Short answer - nobody knows.
Long answer -
Stopping time is a seemingly impossible task (to our knowledge today), firstly because if time stopped, it couldn't restart.
Secondly though, time is an unstoppable force to our knowledge - nobody has been able to increase or decrease the flow of time, with the exception of Einstein's theory of going into a spacecraft faster than light (another impossible task today), and that would only slow the passage of time.

No. Given, that the bullet stopped, so would you. You wont be able to move towards the bullet.

First, you need to know what time is. Physical time is a velocity. It is the velocity of the speed of light, known as "c". Because this speed in included in the composition of all mass/energy structures, everything relates to everything else, even gravity, c2=E/m.
This value (the speed of "c") allows everything in our universe to move from the present to the past. What you are seeking to do is to stop that value of "c" from existing in part of our world. Herein rises the problem. Were you able to do that, whatever it was that had that value to cease as an existence, would itself cease to exist to us. It would vanish out of existence. The reason for this is that it would no longer have a time value of present to past as we do.
Don't bother to ask what would happen to it. I have no idea. All I know is that one or there other of you would no longer exist to the other.

are u really fond of sking wierd questions????? but neway, u CAN'T touch it cos its very hot due the frictional forces acting on it.....it'll probably burn ur finger ( but that'll only be wen u stop the time and stagnate the bullet.......best of luck!!!!!!)

No.
Because you would have stopped time.
You would never be able to do anything ever again.
Including restart time.
Because you have stopped time.
So there is no time for you to restart time in.

no beacuse there is no movement when time is stopped
speed=distance/time so if there is no time then there is no movement you would be stuck forever!
