Are you supplementing with bottles? If so, STOP! You need to be drinking lots of fluids, and get the baby to nurse more frequently - that will stimulate more production. If your milk production is seriously low you may need to supplement for a short time, but use a Lact-Aid, contact a La Leche group near you for help on where to find one. Don't give up, this is the best thing you can do for your baby!!

Are you drinking enough fluids and eating properly? The most you nurse it builds up your milk supply for your baby.Do your breast ever feel full before nursing? Feed the baby and alternate each breast between feeding. If you don't feel you aren't producing milk maybe you might have to supplement with a bottle but remember your milk supply will get low. Do you have the 'La Leche' group in your area? These members have very good advice about breast feeding infants.

My mom used to give me a pacifier, and my teeth were saved from the curse of the family (the lower teeth are positioned further forward than the upper). That's how I got my Hollywood smile. =D
However, if I had a baby, I would purchase natural milk that is precisely for that purpose. You just ask for it in a pharmacy or something.
Or you could start giving her a baby bottle full of water with vitamins in it. Or formula, which would be much better.
Or you could start taking hormones. I know a way to get them without prescription, but if you ask your doctor, we would prescribe them to you if that's what you wanted.

First of all, how long have you been breastfeeding? How long does the baby eat with each feeding? Try pumping your breast to see how much you get. I hope you are supplementing formula after the feeding, but always breastfeed first.
