I purchased a 2004 HD thru the Army/Air Force Exchange Service while stationed overseas and have lost the original Manufacturer's Statement of Origin. I need the MSO to register the bike in the states. How do I get a duplicate copy?

To speak with a Harley-Davidson customer service representative call (414) 343-4056.

Give them a call you might as well get the info right from the company.
