This is very normal in early pregnancy. To help, eat smaller meals and if you do feel nauseated, eat some dry crackers. Don't drink any water if you feel sick to your stomach, as this makes it worse. If you are vomiting any more than 3 times/day, make an appointment with the obstetrician.

It could be the prenatal vitamins you are taking. Are you taking them at night or on an empty stomach? Try going off of them for a few days and just make sure you are eating really healthy and regularly. Also try eating more snacks throughout the day instead of big heavy meals. If you are hungry you are going to feel nausated so don't skip meals or snacks. Use less toothpaste when brushing your teeth because toothpaste always made me feel sick when I was expecting.
