When I was in the Marines, we would get the smallest swim trunks possible and cut out the meshy thingy before we went on runs in the morning. It was the funniest thing you could ever imagine, seeing 20 men running down the street, singing and floping out each side of thier little shorts. We used to call them dolphin shorts. The women on base appreciated it!

lol whats it for ???????? I am a woman and i would say it's too hold the package from bouncing around just like a bath suit has a built in bra for a woman!
