i need a tan buy the 4th of july!! have any ideas??

either go outside and actually one, go tanning, or the healthiest way to do it is get a spray on tan. i used to think that they all just turned you orange but call a local tanning salon and ask if they offer this service--becaues it actually looks good and natural!

Go to a tanning salon...start off in the regular bed for about 5 days do 10 minute sessions. then go the next level they have for a 2-3 days do 10-15 minutes. then go back to the regular bed for 15 minutes. then do a mystic tan right after you tan.
What happens is the regular bed open up your melanon (sp?) get it ready to brown. The next level actually really really browns your skin. Right before you do a mystic always tan cause it opens your pours and the mysitc stays on longer!
I use to work for a tanning salon told all my clients this! It works!

The sun has 2 rays UVA and UVB and the UVB is the ray that help you get cancer. They penetrate your skin and breaks what is called elasticin and collagen. The products I mentioned before help you block them. And If you want to tan soon I recommend the Made in the Shade and they have a tan enhancer that helps your tan last longer and for touchups the bronzer.

I think for tanning the time is too short,swimming is good but in the short time you may go to the health-club

Neutrogena Instant Bronze Streak Free Foam. You can find it at most drug stores or grocery stores. It gives you a fake tan but DOESN'T turn you orange and it doesn't streak. I use it every summer and I LOVE it.

i don't understand y not go 2 hollywood tan?
but in reality that stuff is a sure fire way to lead to cancer i say stay away from it all.

go somewhere hot and exotic or if you are desperate use a fake tan that actually looks real
