i am looking for a Dr Paul Matte from Monterey Ca. I am trying to locate records from 20 years ago.any help .?

I am looking for this doctor because i would like to know how to get my records from at least 20 years ago as well as a couple of x-rays that involved my lungs but are not in my military records.He used to be located in Monterey California but has retired. Any help as to HOW i can get the record would GREATLY be appreciated...THANKS...Tony

Write the American Medical Assiocation or go to the local hospital in Monterey and get information on the Dr that you seek
