Well it depends on the person, silly.
Some people like to deal with a lot of different people on a personal level. Then you would work on the floor of a hospital.
Some people like to deal with children. Then you either work in a school as a school nurse or in a childrens hospital.
Maybe you just want to do your job without a lot of interaction with family members. O.R. nursing may be for you.

there are a lot of possibilites, depending on what you like to do.

Where do your interests lie? If you like working with children, you may want to be a pediatric nurse. If you like old people, you may want to be a geriatric nurse. Do you like the excitement of the Emergency Room?
As part of your training, you will have to do clinical experience. Then it will become more clear to you.

I like Nurses who listen to me if I am patient. Many nurses are good in services but they don't listen (they have strong opinions)

If I were a nurse, then I'd prefer to be a "nurse practiioner," which is an R.N. who has extra training and is practically an M.D.

A "R.N." Takes a little more training, but you can be a supervisor for your shift and change bed pans only when no one else can.
