I agree with you... but you see... most people prefer (I don't) not to have cameras introduced to football. These would stop once and for all such bad decision, dives, etc
So I agree with you, that NO I DO NOT THINK THAT WAS A PENALTY. But who cares whether the USA feel aggrieved... what matters is that football remain the cr_p that it is at present with decisions that can destroy entire nations hope of victories.

Thank you. So I'm not losing my knowledge of football. It was not a penalty kick. That referee has done a bad officiating the game. I could not watch the 2nd half. I came to work instead!

Hey, it's football, not hockey(what the hell's wrong with you, there's no way we should introduce cameras). And what's your problem, if you can't play the game why is the referee's fault

Of course not, these refs are a joke, they are out to get the United States, and have been since day one, i just don't get it. screw the refs and screw ghana.
