I've seen it, and I thought it was pretty good, but nothing special. I hadn't read the book, so I had no preconceptions of how the characters should be.

I did read that Tom Hanks was the wrong choice for Langdon, but I thought he gave a decent display...nowhere near Forrest Gump or Castaway, but decent.

The plot itself has been pooped on by those with knowledge of the subject, but I don't think it's supposed to be real, it's not intended to be believed.

I think the real point of the film just lies in faith, and power. If you had the power to destroy something which many people held faith in, would you take that chance, or would you leave it be?

No. I'm a devout Catholic and it's a heresy. It's one big lie. Wrong. False. Blasphemy. Even if I had seen it, I shouldn't, wouldn't, and couldn't have enjoyed anything out of a heretical film.

Yes. I felt it was my duty as a non-christian to promote concious thought in the media. It wasn't bad, but the book was better, as is always true.

Yeah I went to see it a few weeks ago... The movie was pretty good in my opinion, somewhat predictable, however completely intriguing!

I slept through parts of it and still understood the movie. It was long and bit slow in parts. I'm glad I saw it but it certainly is not one of my favorite movies.

You will only like it if you are into the subject matter. If you don't care about the history of Christianity and the church you probably wouldn't care about this film.
