to the people that answered you have said the word "college" but this person is asking about SCHOOL not college. Two completely different things.

To answer the question, I can answer that because I suffered through it first hand. When I was sent to homeschooling in the 10th grade, I thought it was going to be the best thing in the world! Study from home, watch tv when you want, don't have to deal with the mean kids, play video games and eat junk food all day, do the homework when YOU want and no need to rush the homework much cuz you have teh WHOLE day. You can sleep in late because you won't have to GO to school. Well for about a week it was fun as I expected UNTIL.... now THIS will answer your question...

I also realized there was no more social life, no more hanging out with friends, no more talking to friends, when u watch tv or play a video game, u have no more friends to tell about it. No more hanging out with your friend at lunch. No more trying to get popular, and a LOT LESS CHANCE of finding a girlfriend. It really kills your social life, and thats the most important thing you have when your a teen. Adults can't and don't get social lives. When your an adult you just work, and go to college. (college is studying but without social life, no more popular, cool table, etc)
People under the age of 18 generally have a much better sense of humor than those over the age of 18, and being in a school with other students ur age when u are also under 18 is a good thing, its fun, it lets you have, makes the day seem better. No more chances of going to the school dances, no more seeing your friends in their plays, no more talent shows, no more NOTHING. I was 15 when i was sent away, and realized I only had 2 more years left to be immature without much penalty, to be with people, to socialize at the right age, to be young, to have fun, to get a girlfriend to like me for who I am, etc. When you turn into an adult, girls dont like u for who you are many more, they like you for what you have.

Even though I begged, worked hard, and CONTINUED to attempt to go to school, I was never let back in into school. So I was FORCED into adulthood, even though after the first week of being sent to home school i didnt want it. Now I'm stuck with nothing in my life, no good memories, nothing good to look back on.. ruined the chance of me asking those few girls i thought were special to the school dance, no more chance of holding a girls chance around campus and no more chances of improving my reputation.

You are only a teen for 5 years, you are an adult for the rest of your life! That would mean about 80 years of adult hood and 5 years of being a teenager. So enjoy the very little time you have as a teenager while you still can.

I am ruined for life, so please, STAY IN SCHOOL! It would suck to have ANOTHER kid suffer the worst consequence that a teen could have. And PLEASE don't let my sacrifice go to waste. I dont want to sacrifice my isolation for nothing.

I may have money now because of work, but the best things in life.... are the things money can NEVER buy.

Because, unfortunately, in this world, people cannot find good-paying jobs without an education. When I was young, college was a luxury. Now it's a necessity. Even those with a high school diploma are finding it hard to find jobs that pay more than minimum wage.

I have a masters degree, and I have to work two jobs to survive since I'm not married. My second job is my second income necessary to provide myself the necessities!
