yeah, and then after 15 rolls, they get up and play again like nothing ever happened. refs should realize what they're doing.

Many times there is some actuation from players,
And refs punish this with a yellow card.

But if a player actually was fouled, he is free to roll over 2000 times. Rules cant say how you have to act when you feel pain. But refs many times realizes the playacting and nothing can be done in this cases. Refs understand that the player is doing this so the adversary player get booked, and most time this does not work.
