The mcuad part changes to mcuc4, e9, FF, etc and the "default" will change to "install". These are showing up on a list of web sites visited when no one is on the computer.

Apparently you have a "Backdoor" Worm that's using your computer to do whatever...in otherwords your computer has joined the league of Zombies...
You HAVE TO do a Complete Virus scan and remove this...and while you're at it do a complete anitspyware scan as well...

and find out your security flaws in your system...then follow the directons to disable, and block ports that by default are left open..like UPNP, DCom, Port 135, etc...Do this As Soon As Possible!!!!!!!!
