I can't think of a question I would find that offensive. Comments can be really offensive, but a question? You don't have to answer.

Really nothing. I am a very open minded person. If someone says something I don't like then I merely brush it off. Usually if someone is aggravating I confuse them with big words that don't even have to do with the conversation.

Probably when they ask about my religion, when they say that I must be stupid to believe in anything. That used to really insult me but now I just you know - answer with the truth!
