MBA stands for Masters of Business Administration. Sometimes you can specialise with this degree in something like Marketing, or Finance, or in Education Management, but not in Biotechnology.
There are lots of places that offer Bsc and Msc (Masters of Science) Biotechnology. Do a google search and I'm sure you'll find hundreds of courses.

Johns Hopkins University has a dual degree program where you get MS in Biotechnology and a MBA. Go to www.JHU.edu and look at their graduate programs.
