My love has gave me the best present of all: NONE! Let me elaborate:
We made a promise not to give each other presents on commercial holidays and such and give each other MEMORIES instead.
The rationale behind this is that presents are normally forgotten or they wear out, but memories LAST forever. What did you receive for your birthday the last couple of years? Do you remember? But you will always remember vacation and trips and special moments.
For last Christmas, he took me on a horse-drawn carriage to the Ballet. It was the most romantic and memorable day of my life. He brings home flawers for no reason at all....he asks me to be his valentine on other months other than February. he have been in picnis for two, snowboarding, iceskating...name it! We have done it! So we save all the money from meaningless gifts and we spend it in specials dates and longlasting memories....
Ps/ we are planning now going parachutting....

Hmmm thinking let me see here lol. I love it when he does stuff for me just because and he spoils me rotten all the time so i have to really think what would the favorite be!!!! I would say one of the best is when he bought me a new wedding ring set last Christmas... It was very romantic and sentimental. I love his gift of time and devotion too! Another of my favorites is the NIV Women of faith Study Bible he bought me about 3 years ago in purple leather bound cover. I love and cherish it. I know that in the future there will be many more wonderful gifts too!

The best present my husband ever gave me was our little boy....he means so much to us both and I couldn't ask for anything more than that...no materialistic worldly possessions could ever compare to the life that grows inside you for nine months...I thank him all the time for giving me a baby and he tells me quite often that he sees our little one as a product of our love for each other...although we were extremely close to each other before, we seem to fit together like a puzzle since we were blessed with our sweet boy. How do you thank someone for giving you a child? There just isn't any right words to express it....nothing he has given me or ever will give me or do for me will ever be as good as giving me a family to take care of.....

Once, a very long time ago, my husband came home from work to find me sleeping on the couch. He woke me up to offer me Chex Mix. I looked at him like he was nuts, told him to let me sleep and leave me alone. Well, he kept pestering me until I finally said ok, give me a freaking pretzel. I reached into the bag and felt a velvet box. Inside was a two carat diamond heart shaped pendant. It is still my favorite because there was no occasion, it was just out of the goodness of his soul....plus, he had to borrow money to pay it off! : )
