good call darcy. I live here and i don't trust um either. can i come and stay with one of you canadians? i'm in michigan, i'm used to hard winters already, i'm pretty low maintenece. I know how to split wood. Canada sure sounds nice. and how 'bout that universal health care ya got? that must be nice, eh?

In the northeast in the suburbs, which is where I live. I live near new york, but I am comfortable where I live. There are no earthquakes, volcanoes, tornadoes or anything like that there. There is crime everywhere, but even in NYC I feel same compared to a lot of other places.

I dont know BC is due for a huge Earth quake the effect of which could be felt as far as alberta if you want completely safe move your town to saskatchewan

I'm pretty sure the americans are going to get everyone blown up pretty soon, so I wouldn't worry too much about naturaly disasters. Worry about those crazies south of the border
