You shouldnt make her do anything she doesnt want to. If she is a little scared then you should wait until she feels she is ready to take that step. Yes, having sex is risky, especially being the female. You have to worry about STD's, pregnancy, your reputation, etc... So just wait until she ie ready because once she feels the time is right than she will feel comfortable.

risky in what way? Wear a condom, and don't pressure her. The notion of "making" her have sex with you is called rape. It has to be on her terms. Just chill, she knows you want it, she will either decide on her own to put out when she is comfortable, or you'll dump her and find someone else who will.

It is risky. She can get pregnant or a disease. Two things: make her want it and make her feel safe about it. Don't pressure her, just be loving. And get birth control. Rubbers, the pill, whatever. And get tested if you've had other partners.

Do you mean "romance her"? There is a difference sweetie. I think you are really pretty young and maybe that is why you are asking this question the way you are asking it. She is scared for a reason and if she is you shouldn't try to "make" her do anything she doesn't feel comfortable with.

FIRST OF ALL DO NOT MAKE HER. if she is 18 or older like most woman should be talk to her to see why she is afraid or a bit scared. your part is to tell her you will be gentle and carring.. if its her first time, do take your time.. do not rush things.. ask if her if it would be okay to fore play? and maybe she will be relaxed enough to say okay lets keep going... wear protection if you do not plan on having babies yet.. good luck

You can't make a girl have sex with you. Well you can but its called rape. So basically if you need it find an easy chick and bang her. I suggest the nobler approach and just wait. She will come around eventually.

If she wanted to do it, she would. I would take that as a clue. Maybe she isn't scared, maybe she just doesn't like you like that or you are putting too much emphasis and pressure on sex and it is making her think that is all you want.
