Ken Schrader was the first to perform that feat early in 1995 when he secured a Craftsman Truck Series victory. He had already had victories in the Busch Series and Cup Series previously.
The second to do the same feat was Terry Labonte later in the 1995 season.

I don't know who was the first, but Bobby Labonte has won at Martinsville in Craftsman Truck, Busch Series, and Cup series!

I don't know if he was the first but Kasey Kahne has was won races in the trucks, bush and cup series.
