I have a kidney stone and 2 cysts, ER DR's refered me to a OBGYN. They refered me back to the ER. This has been going on for a week. And the pain is horrible. I afraid if I go back to the ER they will just pump me full of drugs and send me home, rather then get the stone out and cysts removed.

While you are waiting,

Drink three glasses of apple juice each day with a tablespoon of
raw unfiltered apple cider vinegar with a pinch of unrefined sea salt, and a dash of cinnamon each day.

Drink a shot glass of tart cherry juice with a dash of cinnamon three times a day.

Take a shot glass of olive oil with a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar plus 1/2 of a squeezed lemon three times a day.

Fast from meat, bread, and pasta.

Eat avacado mixed with a dash of sea salt, squeezed lemon, a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar on crackers.

Eat salads with avacado and olive oil plus apple cider vinegar.

Chew up walnuts or almonds very well.

I just passed a kidney stone last August, the pain was unberrible. You need to go see a doctor to get pain medication first of all, don't go back to the ER or the OBGYN if they aren't given you this, go to a family practice or another ER. They will give you a prescription. Also, you need to drink a lot, I mean a lot, of water. Like a few gallons a day. This is the only way to make your stone pass, it has to be flushed out. The only way for a doctor to remove it is if you can't pass it naturally or its too large and they use a machine that uses vibrations which breaks it up and causes it to pass. It took me a month to pass mine. Don't drink any soda or alcohol, this will only make it worse! After you pass your stone, take it to your family doctor to have them send it to a pathology lab to test it to see what is causing your stones so you can avoid getting another. However, my doctor told me that if you get one, your bound to get another! I'm only 24!
